Darrin Jones a.k.a. D-Boss is the founder/C.E.O. of OCE (Organized Crime Entertainment) and is also the first artist to be launched off the newly founded Houston, Texas based label. It all started for D-Boss in 2005 when he was arrested and charged with Organized Criminal activity which led to his incarceration of a two year sentence. While sitting in a Federal prison he took to writing and composing songs to make his time pass by. Once he composed song after song he realized he just might have a talent he never knew about which was rapping or as D-Boss would say ( Im Just giving you my day to day life style ). Upon his release late 2007, he had one objective on his mind which was find a new game plan and he did. D-Boss took to the studio and began recording in 2008 and by 2009 he took his charge and turned it into a label OCE (Organized Crime Ent. ). Within the few years of his presence in the underground music scene, D-Boss has put up a very good track record by landing placements with a lot of heavy hitters in the industry such as Micheal 5000 Watts, Slim Thug, Paul Wall, Bun B, etc, just to name a few. D-Boss is an artist on the rise and with the Powerful Bass Heavy sounds he getting from his production squad GL Productions (Gavin and B-Don) he cant lose.
